Face what I am ?
我刪掉了
給自己的理由是,這僅是情緒化的表現,就算是抒發,任何相關的人看不見也幫不上忙 (當然,我也不希望他們看見,否則那可糟了)
發洩完的當下,我問自己開心嗎? 結果是這一整個禮拜我反而處於不安、焦慮和自我矛盾的掙扎
一方面是,我坦然地展現自己: 氣急攻心的時候,我會臭臉,甚而起了比較心,比較那些打從我出生就無法改變的事實
另一方面是,後天的教養會自覺並適時地出現,抑制不該再發展下去的走勢

父親節菜單
本來要請老爸外出吃一頓,但他說在家裡就好,也就是說要我來辦桌是嗎?
哈哈~叫我搥背可能會受傷,但辦桌這種事,簡直是一片蛋糕! 畢竟學費也不是白繳,老爸和老媽的廚藝DNA也都傳到我家三隻小豬,愛吃不說,烹飪居然是全家的嗜好,這次非得要好好展現一番

Are You Wasting Your Life?

Report says that around 95% of people put off their work, but why?
First, people who lack confidence would put those challenging task off till they can't delay an longer. The reason is that they are afraid of failing. It's interesting that scientists also pointed out that impulsive people procrastinate their work because they like entertainments more than focusing on what they should do. They are hard to fight distractions, the things make them not to concentrate. Besides, someone is poor at managing their time, which is one of reason to put off the work.
I am one of them, more truly, I have these three problems mentioned above. So, what should I do?
