是我抗壓力不夠嗎?
從小只要有人不管是指責我還是勸告我
第一個反應通常是惱羞成怒，非常不爽地想掐住對方的脖子
然後一段時間後，就會開始非常地沮喪
對我來說，在別人的心目中只要有一絲對我的失望或不滿
我就覺得那乾脆玉石俱焚，要爛就全部爛掉算了

別忘了可以明亮動人的眼部啊

Yo man, let's exercise!
"健康是個寶，按摩身體好"，每次經過飛來發，沒有高低起伏的廣告宣傳不停地放送，果真讓人印象深刻
不過我要說，"健康是個寶，運動身體好"
按理說我應該是個痛恨運動的傢伙
從小跑3000就絕對是落後於全班同學然後氣喘吁吁個不停
國中瘋職籃的時候，別人烙我去打球，也只敢坐在籃框下發呆然後找個爛藉口說"我對打球沒有信心"
大一還曾經當著全班的面，一分鐘只做了一個仰臥起坐(不好意思，我到現在情況依舊沒有改善)
神奇的是，我沒有喪志
超愛游泳，因為一直認為自己上輩子絕對是條魚來轉世 (欲知詳情，請見不知何時才有下回的分曉)
可以狂游30分鐘完全不休息
自從去了加州後(感謝小倩的大力推薦)，就像著猴般地狂跳body combat
偶而會非常擔心肌肉異常地發達會讓我越來越趨於中性的形象發展
但是，傑克，你絕對想不到
這些肌肉有多麼的神奇不輸貴夫人果菜汁機
在我只做了快一個月飲食控制然後放棄一切完全沉溺於美食的誘惑後，
我的體重持續下降(偶而會回穩但絕無復胖)，體脂肪也只差0.5就進入標準值
現在我要擁戴肌肉
有肌肉，偶爾亂吃也很難變胖
更重要的是，運動真的很舒服
當你覺得你可以克服身體的惰性而征服自己到達目標後，真的沒有什麼可以難倒你了
